    About Jeff

    For the last eight years Jeff Brown has been involved in athletic training. His list of past clients includes everyone from beginners to competitive athletes. As an American Council on Exercise Nationally Certified Personal Trainer, Jeff has extensive training in all aspects of health and fitness. The types of exercises and training techniques used will vary from one client to the next. Each person is different, and each person needs their own individualized program to enable him or her to reach their goals. Every program will also include individualized dietary guidance.

Through a customized personal training program, Jeff can help you to:
